Group Technical Exchange Meeting
The technical exchange conference themed “Aluminum Forward, Innovation Together” brought together production management elites and key technical personnel from Great China Metal and its four subsidiaries in Mainland China. Plant Manager Chang and Manager Hsu from the Toufen Plant of Great China Metal also made a special trip to participate, contributing to the discussions on optimizing production technologies and exploring strategies for innovative development.
The conference centered around three core areas: “Review of Q1 Production Outcomes,” “On-site Maintenance Demonstration and Hands-on Technical Practice,” and “Advanced Technology Seminars and Experience Sharing.” Industry experts delivered keynote presentations, while Manager Chang and Manager Hsu actively shared invaluable hands-on insights and practical experiences from the Toufen Plant during the discussion sessions.
Throughout the intensive two-day program, participants collaborated closely to compile a set of highly effective production management practices worth promoting. The group reached multiple key consensuses and also established a clear roadmap and actionable steps for the next phase of technological advancement.
