Creating a Friendly Workplace Environment: Our Company Participates in a Job Redesign Assessment to Move Toward a More Comfortable Work Setting

Our company is currently promoting a job redesign assessment, dedicated to enhancing the employee work experience

To continuously improve the work environment and promote employee well-being, our company has actively responded to the Ministry of Labor’s “Job Redesign Program.” Recently, we welcomed an on-site visit from the New Taipei City Department of Labor, during which they conducted a field assessment of our workstation design and operating practices. At present, we are evaluating the potential introduction of ergonomic chairs and other ergonomic enhancements to further strengthen workplace comfort and safety for our employees.

Evaluating the Introduction of Ergonomic Equipment to Enhance Employee Health and Efficiency

This site visit focused on employees engaged in prolonged computer-based or repetitive tasks. The city government representatives provided professional recommendations, including the use of ergonomic chairs with adjustable height, lumbar support, and seat tilt, as well as optimizing the height ratio between work surfaces and seating. Our company has initiated an internal needs assessment and is currently discussing and evaluating the feasibility of introducing ergonomic chairs. Improvements will be implemented progressively based on actual needs and budget planning.

The manpower shortage incentive program is being carried out in parallel to help stabilize the local workforce

While improving the work environment, the company is also participating in the “Manpower Shortage Incentive Program” promoted by the New Taipei City Employment Service Center. Through this program, we aim to recruit and retain suitable personnel to enhance workforce stability. The program offers incentives and support to both employers and job seekers, providing tangible assistance for recruitment and training efforts.
