GCM collaborates with universities through joint project execution and co-teaching programs. In promoting practical education, GCM provides industry-expert instructors who tailor teaching to course needs, sharing hands-on experience and knowledge to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, thereby enhancing students’ employability.
To further help students understand the current and future trends of the industry, GCM partners with schools to organize plant tours and offers internship opportunities for third- and fourth-year university students. This approach fosters a learn-by-doing methodology, aligning academic learning with real-world practice and creating a win-win scenario for students, universities, and GCM.
